“Welcome home!”...it’s a phrase that can mean so much. Home is where we feel safe. It is where we spend time with those we love. Memories are made here. Lives are lived here. I am keenly aware of these things as we are considering your next move. It’s the challenge and the reward of my career as a Realtor. Of course, I want you to make a wise investment and reap the rewards when you sell, but in between I want you to love where you live. I am a native of San Antonio. I am a 7th generation Texan and a 4th generation resident of S.A., it’s my town, my home. I had a widely varied array of experiences growing up in San Antonio and the surrounding rural areas, so I am equally comfortable at a rodeo or an art gallery, at a tamalada or a wine tasting. I have a love for art and design, but a practical admiration for good engineering, and I believe a great home should be a reflection of all of those elements in order to provide a comfortable and enjoyable living experience for its people. I have been married since 1993 to my wonderful wife, Kathy. We are Mom and Dad to two beautiful children. We enjoy gardening, home improvement, great friends, and fantastic food. We share our lives together with our close friends and family and value each day that we have. 90% of my business comes from referrals from past clients that were so satisfied they insisted that their friends, family, or co-workers call me when it was time for them to buy/sell a home. I’m pretty sure that happens because the only advice I can offer is the advice I would give to my own brother or sister. My job is to provide the best options and choices to my clients, so that they can make sound decisions for themselves.
